Dear Peter,

I doubt there should be any need to implement all these syllables.
They are handled by the input method which in the way that in my view
is the most logical and simplest: entering "stacked" mode in Tise
(switched on by pressing '+' key) and leaving that mode (by '.' key).
It is impossible to foresee all long Sanskrit transliterations. Type
'.' when a stack is complete.

0xfbb is typed as Y, and is consistent with EWTS. r+ya is typed as
r+Ya. I checked it and it works.

Regards,
Gregory
